The process is quick and simple, and you get immediate access to your container after making the payment—no keys, padlocks, or locks needed. The system works fully electronically through electric locks installed in each container.

Yes, all our facilities are monitored 24/7 with a camera system and secured by the security company Akodo Security Sp. z o.o., whose alarm and monitoring center is located about 1.5 km from our warehouses. Our containers are also covered by an insurance policy against random events (fire, water) as well as burglary and theft up to 70,000 PLN.

Of course! Our warehouse is accessible to customers 24/7 via the box4you app or a permanent access code. The system uses electronic locks, so you don’t need any keys, padlocks, or traditional locks. You can easily open your unit and even grant access to family members or employees without the need for physical keys.

All you need is an ID card, along with accepting the agreement and terms during the rental process. No paperwork or physical signatures are required—everything is done remotely and online, and your container is available immediately after payment.

Yes, we offer flexible terms and the option to change the size of your rented space after contacting us by phone.

Access to the container and premises is granted automatically after payment. You will receive an email with a permanent access code, and in the “box4you” app you will be able to open both the gate and your rented container. Please note that the app uses geolocation, so you won’t be able to open the container unless you are physically near it.
